Wouldn’t you much rather have friends that you can trust to rely on? Besides, being lonely isn’t very fun so you might as well find some good like-minded people and start yourselves a community. On top of that, we’ll pay you 66-80% of the lease income so you’ll be able to generate a substantial amount of income from your property. Our society is built on a pool of our talents and resources and when we join those together we become stronger and more resilient. We’ll become prepared to not just endure, but to thrive.

As a Landowner with Bugout.Earth you go through a stricter vetting process than the typical applicant. Being the property owner, you will naturally be in a position of leadership. Therefor we expect you to also take stewardship in your community that might be. You’re probably not younger than 30 years old, and if you don’t have a family we’re definitely going to make sure that you’re not some creepy old man in the woods. Being a Landowner with us isn’t just a way to take in extra income for your property, but rather we encourage you to put this income back into your preparations. In the future, we plan to offer many at cost services to those of you that need help with more physical needs like shelter and clean water.
